Dr. Nikolas Rose

Biography

Nikolas Rose is a distinguished honorary professor at the Australian National University, known for his extensive work in the fields of sociology and the social dimensions of health. He served as a professor at King’s College London until his retirement in April 2021, where he was the founding head of the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine, significantly contributing to the understanding of the interplay between society and mental health through the ESRC Centre for Society and Mental Health.
