Biography

Nina Seppala is the Deputy Director of Academic Affairs at the School of Management, University College London (UCL). She began her career working with international organizations, including the United Nations, focusing on democracy promotion and preventive diplomacy. Over the years, she has held senior positions in business schools, where she has led curriculum development projects, ensured academic quality, and facilitated international collaborations with business partners. Currently, she is a reviewer for the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) in business management. Nina holds a PhD from the University of Warwick and has a keen interest in ethical decision-making behavior, particularly in the emerging field of behavioral ethics. She contributes to the Journal of Business Ethics and Business Ethics Quarterly and is a member of the Research Committee for the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS). Additionally, she has co-authored a textbook titled 'Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility' published by Cengage. Nina also organizes the Women in Management Book Club.
