Biography

Nis Jul Clausen is a Professor of Law at the University of Southern Denmark, focusing on business law with a primary emphasis on national and international company law, securities regulation, and banking law. He obtained his Master of Law (cand.jur.) from the University of Aarhus and later pursued further studies obtaining an LL.M. from Duke University and a SJD from Aarhus. His editorial work includes participation on the boards of several legal journals.
