Dr. Noel Ayoub

Biography

Noel Ayoub is a fellowship-trained rhinologist specializing in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery within the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Stanford Health Care. After receiving his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine, he completed his residency in Otolaryngology at Stanford and an advanced fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School. In addition to his medical training, he holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation. His clinical focus includes the use of advanced endoscopic techniques for a wide range of conditions including complex revision sinus surgery, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, sinonasal anterior skull base tumors, and thyroid eye disease. His research interests span healthcare innovation, health technology, hospital operations, and leadership within health systems, with a particular emphasis on building technology that enhances patient care and reduces costs. He is also committed to expanding global access to healthcare as a co-founder of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Dr. Ayoub actively participates in various national committees related to his field, showcasing his dedication to advancing the specialty of Otolaryngology.
