Biography

Noël B. Cunningham is the Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He has previously held faculty positions at New York University School of Law, Harvard Law School, Hastings College of Law, and the University of Virginia. His research interests focus on partnership taxation, tax policy, and transfer taxes. Cunningham's scholarly work includes writings on imputed income and shared appreciation mortgages. He earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 1975, a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1974, an M.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1971, and a B.S. from the City College of New York in 1967.
