Biography

Norman Bartley is an Associate Professor (Teaching) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Calgary. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 1976 and 1978 respectively. His research focuses on multidimensional digital signal processing, encompassing various applications in signal processing and image processing.
