Biography

Nursen Aydin is an Associate Professor of Operational Research at Warwick Business School, part of the ISM-Analytics (ISMA) Group. She has been a Turing Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute from 2021 to 2023. Prior to joining Warwick, she worked as a Marie Curie research fellow at Brunel Business School in the UK from January 2015 to 2016. Nursen holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University, Turkey, and has experience as a visiting researcher in airline revenue management at Cornell University, USA. Before her graduate studies, she worked as an assistant revenue management analyst at Pegasus Airlines. Her work primarily focuses on the intersection of operational research with practical applications in various industries.
