Biography

Olena Ivus is an Associate Professor and E. Marie Shantz Fellow at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University, where she also serves as Associate Dean for Graduate Programs. Her research specializes in international trade, intellectual property protection, and inventor migration, utilizing both theoretical and empirical methodologies.
