Biography

Olivier Delas is a full professor specializing in international and European law at Laval University. He holds the Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration and serves as the director of the Cercle Europe within the Faculty of Law. In his academic role, he focuses on enhancing training and sharing expertise regarding the construction of Europe. Delas is also a regular member of various research groups, including the Centre de droit international et transnational and the Groupe d’étude en droits et libertés.
