Omari Rush engages his passion for the arts as a profession, focusing on deepening the impact of creative expression within communities. He serves as the executive director of CultureSource in Detroit, where he advances efforts for the arts to thrive. His civic service includes an appointment to the Michigan Arts and Culture Council, where he served as council chair for the Governor of Michigan, as well as his term as chair of the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies.
