Biography

Oscar Oviedo-Trespalacios is an Assistant Professor at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), where he directs the Future Mobility Program at TU Delft’s Extension School. Oscar leads the Dutch contribution to the EU-funded project HANGOUT, focusing on equitable urban mobility futures and actively participates in various expert working groups related to transport safety and governance. Recognized internationally, he frequently delivers keynotes in Europe, Asia, and the Americas on topics of human factors and responsible technology adoption.
