Biography

Özge Bilgili is an Associate Professor in the Department of Interdisciplinary Social Science at Utrecht University, Netherlands, where she serves as the Director of Education. Her research expertise includes immigrant integration, transnationalism, education, research policy analysis, and relevant areas. She finalized a project titled 'Am I Welcome or Not?' which explores the impacts of competing political narratives on international students in the Netherlands, funded by the Dutch Research Council (Open XS). Özge is an Executive Board member of the largest European network of scholars in migration integration, IMISCOE, and is affiliated with the United Nations University MERIT.
