Pag-yendu M. Yentcharé is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. Before joining the University of Ottawa, Yentcharé completed postdoctoral fellowships focusing on Smart Contracts and Blockchain at the Faculty of Law at Laval University and worked with the Intellectual Property Unit at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
