Dr. Paige Maclean

Biography

Paige MacLean is a lecturer at the Yale School of Management and a fellow at the Yale Program on Social Enterprise, Innovation, and Impact. She offers a class that examines high-impact approaches in philanthropy, drawing on a wide network of philanthropists, foundation leaders, and philanthropic advisors. As a faculty advisor for the Social Impact Consulting Club and the Golub Capital Board Fellows Program, she provides students with opportunities to engage with non-profit organizations. Furthermore, Paige is an independent advisor for individuals and families seeking to develop philanthropic strategies that are personally meaningful and socially impactful. With over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, strategy consulting, and fundraising, she facilitates connections between clients and high-impact initiatives. Paige began her career at Boston Consulting Group before joining Wellspring Consulting, focusing on nonprofit strategy. She founded AF Accelerate, a division of Achievement First, where she scaled an 'open source' strategy for charter schools. Paige is also the chair of the nominations committee for the Yale School of Management Alumni Advisory Board and has served on various advisory boards. She holds an MBA from Yale and a BA from Princeton University.
