Dr. Pak Chung

Biography

Pak H. Chung, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and a board-certified obstetrician specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He completed his medical education at the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Medicine in 1986, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1994, and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of South Florida in 1996. Dr. Chung joined the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) after completing his fellowship. He is fluent in Mandarin and has dedicated his career to treating couples from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that his practice is inclusive and culturally informed. His clinical expertise includes in vitro fertilization (IVF), surgical treatments for reproductive disorders, and advanced reproductive technologies. Dr. Chung is actively involved in the medical community, serving as the President of the Chinese American Medical Society from 2005-2007, and contributing to various national and local medical organizations. He has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles in leading scientific journals and is committed to supporting infertility patient groups both in the United States and Hong Kong.
