Pamela Hill is an environmental lawyer with over thirty years of experience, having served as an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She began her career at the EPA in 1977 and held various supervisory roles, including deputy regional counsel for the New England Regional Office from 1991 to 2011.
