Paola Juan is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at the ISEK - Department of Social Anthropology and Cultural Studies at the University of Zurich. It investigates how conceptions of good care are shaped by social and affective structures and how these structures influence the viewpoints of individuals diagnosed with mental disorders. Paola has studied at the University of Neuchâtel and the University of Lausanne for her Bachelor's degree, and she earned her Master's degree from the London School of Economics. She was awarded the Maurice Freedman Prize in 2018 for her dissertation in Social Anthropology.
