Paolo Rapisarda took his Ph.D. in Mathematical Systems Control Theory at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Groningen, Netherlands, working under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ir. He has been a member of the International Program Committee for multiple conferences and held several editorial positions in renowned journals.
