Biography

Patricio S. Rossi is a Senior Clinical Instructor and Director of the Wage Theft Practice at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where he has worked since 2011. Prior to joining HLAB, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office from 2004 to 2008. Rossi's legal career began in a Housing Unit at Neighborhood Legal Services in Lynn, Massachusetts, before becoming a Berkeley Law Fellow and a Staff Attorney. He earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2003, and prior to law school, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University in 1996. Rossi completed a one-year clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court following his law school graduation. He has a strong interest in teaching and has been involved in various community service endeavors. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer, tennis, paddleboarding, cooking, and walking his dogs along the beach.
