Professor Patrick Bayer is the Research Director at the Division of Political and International Studies within the Global Sustainable Development theme at the University of Glasgow’s Advanced Research Centre (ARC). Professor Bayer investigates the political incentives that influence the responses of governments, firms, and individuals to climate change and the global energy transition.
