Biography

Patrick Harder teaches courses in transportation planning, law, financing, and public works at USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He also serves as the chair of Nossaman's Infrastructure Group, gaining recognition in the field for his leadership in public-private partnerships (P3s) and innovative project delivery methods. Harder plays an active role in several boards and foundations, including as a Fellow at the American Bar Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors for the California Transportation Foundation. He is also part of the Advisory Board of Cornell University's Program on Infrastructure Policy. His accolades include being named California Lawyer of the Year by California Lawyer in 2019, and being recognized as one of the Influential Minority Attorneys by the Los Angeles Business Journal in the same year. He has been listed in Band 1 by Chambers Directory for Attorneys in Public-Private Partnerships nationwide and named as a California Trailblazer by the Recorder. Furthermore, he received recognition in the Legal 500 for Project Finance advice and was honored as one of the Top 100 lawyers by the Daily Journal in 2018. His achievements also include being recognized as Project Finance MVP by Law360 in 2014 and again in 2016.
