Biography

Patrick Leblond holds the CN-Paul M. Tellier Chair in Business Public Policy and is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. He is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and has been a Research Fellow at CIRANO.
