Dr. Patrizia Tettamanzi

Biography

Patrizia Tettamanzi graduated from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and obtained a Ph.D. in Business Economics. She is a Full Professor of Accounting at the Università della Svizzera italiana, specializing in Financial Reporting, Consolidated Financial Statements, and International Financial Reporting. Additionally, she has taught various courses at LIUC - Cattaneo University in Castellanza and has delivered lectures at Bocconi University. Her teaching portfolio includes Bachelor-level courses such as 'Contabilità 2' and Master-level courses in Accounting. Tettamanzi is an active member of the European Accounting Association and has participated in prestigious programs, including the Research Training Programme at the London School of Economics and an exchange at Fudan University in Shanghai. Her research interests encompass financial reporting analysis, accounting education, group accounting, auditing, international accounting, non-financial sustainability/ESG reporting, and sport governance. Furthermore, she is recognized as a certified Chartered Accountant Auditor and serves as co-scientific director for 'Bilancio e revisione', a publication by WKI. Tettamanzi has authored and co-authored numerous publications and has performed peer reviews for several scientific journals.
