Dr. Paul Bader

Biography

Paul Bader is an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall School of Business, specializing in Accounting. He previously had a notable career at EY, where he served as a partner in the New York office. His roles included leading the International Tax Practice and the New York Tax Practice, as well as serving as Vice Chair of the Americas M&A practice and Director of Strategy for the Americas. With a focus on consulting digital media companies during his seven years at EY, he has extensive experience in managing global operations in the tax and business strategy sectors. In addition to his professional work, Bader has contributed to various boards, including Carnegie Hall and the American Red Cross. He resides in Santa Monica, California after retiring from EY at the end of 2016.
