Biography

Paul Beggs is an environmental health scientist with significant expertise in the impacts of climate change on human health, particularly focusing on allergens and allergic diseases. Paul has also held the position of Past President of the International Society of Biometeorology, serving from 2008 to 2011. His research primarily revolves around the interactions between atmospheric conditions and living organisms, emphasizing the behaviors of airborne particles such as pollen and fungal spores. Over the years, he has supervised the completion of 30 Higher Degree Research candidates, including 17 PhD students, and actively welcomes graduates interested in pursuing Master of Research or PhD programs under his guidance.
