Paul Davies is a Senior Research Fellow at Harris Manchester College and was previously the Allen & Overy Professor of Corporate Law from 2009 to 2014. Before that, he held the position of Cassel Professor of Commercial Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests focus on corporate governance, corporate finance, regulation of securities markets, regulation of banks, and collective representation of employees.
