Paul Gewirtz is the Potter Stewart Professor of Constitutional Law at Yale Law School and the Director of Yale’s Paul Tsai China Center. His areas of expertise include constitutional law, anti-discrimination law, U.S. foreign policy law, U.S.-China relations, and Chinese law. Gewirtz has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Global Constitutionalism Seminar, which engages leading judges from around the world.
