Paul is a Principal Teaching Fellow and Director of Online Programmes at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton. His research interests centre around understanding the role of experiential retailing and its impact on reshaping the emerging physical retail landscape. In addition, Paul works as a Retail Consultant, assisting businesses and brands in developing successful retail strategies.
