Biography

Paul E. Nahme is an Associate Professor in the Department of Religious Studies at Brown University and serves as the Director of the Judaic Studies Program. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and is a prominent scholar in modern Jewish thought and cultural intellectual history. His academic endeavors aim to explore and articulate the complexities of identity, race, and the Jewish experience, emphasizing the significance of affective dimensions in understanding Jewishness.
