Paul Warburton is a Professor of Nanoelectronics at University College London (UCL) and holds a position jointly at the London Centre for Nanotechnology (LCN). He obtained his PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Physics at the University of Maryland. Prior to joining UCL, he served as a lecturer in electrical engineering at King's College London.
