Biography

Paul Willetts is an Ottawa-based employment lawyer. He co-founded Vey Willetts LLP in 2014 and has worked at a leading labour and employment law firm in Toronto as well as for a large energy corporation. Paul has appeared in various courts including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Ontario Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Ontario Labour Relations Board. In addition to his professional practice, he has served as a volunteer board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa, where he also chaired the Human Resources Committee. Currently, Paul is the legal editor for Reference’s Human Resources Policy-Pro (Ontario Edition), providing insights into employment law issues in Ontario.
