Pavankumar Yadala received his B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India, and his M.Tech. degree in Advanced Power Systems from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, India. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, expected to complete in 2024. He is a Research Fellow in the EPE research group at the University of Southampton, focusing on power systems. His research interests include renewable energy sources (RES), inverter control (both grid-following and grid-forming), and power quality. Yadala is also a member of research groups working on Microgrids and is actively involved in unifying control methods for inverter-based resources.
