Dr. Peder Andersen

Biography

Peder Andersen is a Professor emeritus at the University of Copenhagen, specializing in Environmental Resource Economics and Fisheries Economics. He has contributed significantly to the field through various publications and active participation in professional organizations. He has served as vice-chairman on the Board of the Danish Councils Independent Research and has held positions on multiple advisory boards, including the Advisory Board of Marine Resource Economics and the Danish Economic Association. Throughout his career, Peder has focused on the economic aspects of natural resource management, regulatory enforcement, and fishery management, including contributions to understanding economic principles and implications related to fisheries. His teaching encompasses Natural Resource Economics and Environmental Economics.
