Biography

Pegah Pezeshkpour is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta, where she has been since July 2025. She holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics from the University of Waterloo, Canada, completed in 2018. Throughout her academic career, she has published numerous articles on microfluidic applications and tactile displays, particularly focusing on assistive technologies for individuals with visual impairments.
