Biography

Pei Hui is a Professor of Pathology at Yale School of Medicine, specializing in gynecologic pathology and molecular genetic pathology. He received his medical degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1984 and earned his PhD from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1994. Following residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at Yale–New Haven Hospital in 2000, he completed a fellowship in oncologic pathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2001. With a prolific career, Dr. Hui has authored over 300 publications, including four textbooks on gynecologic pathology. He serves on several editorial boards and is a past President of the International Society of Gynecological Pathologists (ISGYP). Dr. Hui is committed to advancing the field of gynecologic pathology through research and teaching, and he plays a vital role in patient care with a focus on improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment options.
