Dr. Pei Wu

Biography

Pei Chuan Wu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Organisation at the National University of Singapore Business School. He received his PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester. His teaching and research interests focus on strategic human resource management, global human resource management, talent management, organizational behaviour, and leadership. He has published research papers in several journals, including the Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Industrial Relations Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management, as well as numerous case studies and book chapters, including one titled Organizational Behavior: Asian Perspective. Pei Chuan teaches courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels in areas such as general management, human resource management, negotiation and mediation, organizational behaviour, and talent management. His consulting work addresses a wide array of topics including employer branding, creative recruitment, learning and development, motivation and talent retention, expatriate management, human capital management, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and social entrepreneurship. Pei Chuan is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment that encourages diverse thinking and innovative ideas, aiming to inspire students' potential creativity through interactive discussions. He has received multiple teaching awards, including the NUS Teaching Excellence Award.
