Dr. Peijun Guo

Biography

Peijun Guo is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at McMaster University. His research centers on geomechanics and geotechnical engineering, particularly through the use of numerical modeling to address complex engineering problems. He focuses on experimental characterization of geomaterials under varying stress and environmental conditions, micromechanical analysis of granular materials, and the development of constitutive models that account for inherent and induced anisotropy in geomaterials.
