Biography

Per Cramér is a full Professor of International Law and holds a Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration at the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg. From 2010 to 2024, he served as the Dean of the School, where he was significantly involved in international academic networks for business and law schools, including the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). His research interests are centered on issues related to the legal aspects of the European Union's external relations, including its Common Foreign and Security Policy and Common Commercial Policy. Cramér has led multiple externally financed research projects and is a member of various academic committees.
