Biography

Peretz Friedmann is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has a distinguished career in research and education, focusing on the fields of aeroelasticity and structural dynamics. Friedmann has contributed significantly to various aspects of helicopter fixed-wing aeroelasticity, including active control for helicopter vibrations and noise reduction.
