Biography

Perla Pina Varas finished her PhD at the University of Barcelona in 2014, specializing in the application of the magnetotelluric (MT) method for deep reservoir characterization. She has focused on the exploration of geothermal systems in volcanic environments, integrating geological, geophysical, and geochemical data in her interdisciplinary research.
