Biography

Pernille Bjørn is a Professor in Human-Centred Computing at the University of Copenhagen. Her research primarily investigates the fundamental nature of collaborative work and the design of collaborative technologies, an area known as Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW). Bjørn has previously served as an Associate Professor and Head of a research group at the University of Copenhagen, and she has gained international experience as a visiting faculty member at UC Irvine, USA, and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
