Biography

Petar Suman is a research member of the Relativity Gravitation research group at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP), University of Cambridge. His research primarily focuses on inflation models constrained by cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation. He collaborates in the Simons Observatory, working on methods to calculate higher-order correlation functions and CMB bispectrum, aiming to detect non-Gaussianities indicative of early Universe conditions during cosmic inflation. Suman is also involved in the development and application of a CMB bispectrum estimator for CMB experiments with unprecedented resolution. In addition to his research, he teaches several courses including Quantum Physics, Oscillations Waves Optics, Experimental Methods, and General Relativity at the University of Cambridge.
