Biography

Peter Adams is the Thomas Lord Professor and holds a courtesy appointment at Carnegie Mellon University. His research primarily focuses on the development of chemical transport models, particularly simulation of aerosol microphysical processes and ultrafine particles, and their implications for global climate models. His areas of expertise include the effects of climate change on air quality, short-lived climate forcers, atmospheric ammonia, and the formation of particulate matter.
