Biography

Peter C. Bell earned his BA and MA degrees from Oxford University, and his MBA and PhD from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is a Professor Emeritus in Management Science at Ivey Business School. Bell has extensive consulting experience with corporations, hospitals, small businesses, charities, and government agencies, focusing on areas such as competitiveness, pricing, analytics, and operations. His research interests revolve around using management science and operations research to create competitive advantages, revenue management, business decision-making, competing analytics, Excel modeling, and statistical analysis. He has also served as Past-President of the Nor'West Optimist Club in London and previously held leadership roles with Meals-on-Wheels in London. In his spare time, Bell enjoys playing golf and collecting and restoring classic British motorcycles.
