Biography

Peter L. Biro is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he teaches Constitutional Law in the GPLLM Program. He is a passionate advocate for liberal democracy, civil liberties, and human rights, having founded and served as the president of a democracy think-tank. With extensive experience in both law and academia, Peter has also been a Senior Fellow at the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights and has held positions at the University of British Columbia and Massey College. His educational background encompasses undergraduate and graduate studies in political theory at Guelph, McMaster, and Toronto, along with law degrees from McGill University.
