Biography

Peter Grossi is a lecturer at Harvard Law School where he has taught since 2011. He previously enjoyed a distinguished career as a retired partner at Arnold & Porter, leading the firm’s Litigation Department. Over his 40-year tenure, he represented major pharmaceutical companies and served as trial counsel in nationally significant cases. In addition to his role at Harvard, Peter has taught at prestigious institutions including Columbia, Yale, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Virginia, as well as programs such as the Defense Research Institute and AEI-Brookings Judicial Education Program. His academic contributions include publications in the field of product liability litigation.
