Dr. Peter Liebregts

Biography

Peter Liebregts is a Professor of Modern Literatures at Leiden University. His research focuses on translations, Greek tragedy, and the literary works of Ezra Pound. He teaches courses in English language and culture at the Bachelor level, and he oversees the Masters in Literary Studies, including specialized tracks in English Literature and Contemporary Studies. His academic pursuits contribute to a deeper understanding of modern literary traditions and their cultural implications.
