Peter Marvin has a litigation practice spanning over 40 years, focusing on a full range of litigated business issues, particularly in the construction sector. His experience involves representing clients in federal and state trial courts, as well as appellate courts and in front of arbitrators and mediators. His representation extends to clients in the construction industry, managing bid protests, claims, and disputes between owners and contractors. He has also defended various public works projects, including the reconstruction of portions of the SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Elevated line and the construction of new commuter runways at Philadelphia International Airport.
