Peter Moskowitz MD is a certified career transition coach with vast experience in career counseling for physicians. Since 1997, he has empowered hundreds of physicians through one-on-one coaching aimed at improving career satisfaction and facilitating career changes towards fulfilling non-clinical careers. His work not only focuses on career transitions but also emphasizes rediscovering purpose and meaning in life, achieving work-life balance, and addressing professional burnout. Moskowitz is a nationally recognized speaker and author, noted for his engaging workshops and presentations on physician careers, non-clinical career transitions, and physician health and wellness. With over 23 years in academic medicine at Stanford and nearly 19 years in a busy hospital-based private practice, he has successfully navigated three personal career transitions into non-clinical roles.
