Peter received an Electrical Engineer degree from the University of Gent in Belgium in 1982 and MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1983 and 1987, respectively. Currently, his projects explore topics like self-managing and self-optimizing wireless deployments, dynamic spectrum access, and vehicular networks.
